We have a large network of customers that need project support, so we are always looking for experienced and dedicated Project Managers to join our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX projects in all phases
• Responsible for project plans, budgets, resource allocations etc.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, finance, and operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure effective project management across multiple departments
• Identify and manage risks while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to support project goals

About You

• Relevant higher education, e.g., engineering, chemistry, or similar / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or comparable technical degree / Relevant project management certificate, e.g. PMI
• Proven experience managing CapEX projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical/manufacturing/construction industry
  
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards in regulated industries such as pharma & biotech or food, veterinary or other related industries
• Engineering or technical background is a plus
• PMP or similar certification is an advantage
• Preferably more than 5 years of experience managing complex projects
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Danish is a plus)
