Experience with CapEx projects is an advantage, but we also encourage candidates with relevant experience from other industries to apply — we value the knowledge you bring into our pool of competencies.

Your specific role and assignment will match your competencies, skill level, and development potential. Examples of assignments could include Equipment Owner, Test Coordinator, Vendor Supervisor, or Assistant Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and drive engineering activities throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to Aptio Group’s quality standards.
• Participate in the design, procurement, installation, testing, and qualification of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant GMP standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across project teams.

About You

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Relevant experience — preferably in projects or production support.
• Fluent in English (Danish is a plus).
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards in regulated industries such as pharma, biotech, food, or veterinary.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude suited to multidisciplinary teamwork and client interaction.
